I'm not really sure what would happen, but it would make an interesting timeline. Of course, getting rid of the Carthaginian Empire would cause so many butterflies the world would be unrecognizable. I wonder if we'd see a large language family based on Latin instead of Punic.
 
Romans would be more likely to expand further into Gaul and maybe even Albion. That might play havoc with the spread of Druidism. I don't think it would butterfly it away (it would take A LOT butterfly a religion like Druidism. Verging on ASB IMHO) but it might change some of the theology.
 
what if the romans weren't beaten in the punic wars?

We wouldn´t have see a independant Samnite Nation called Italia leading a federation of Italic tribes in italy and trying to emancipate from Punic supervision . Also we wouldn´t see a Punic supplied Celtic mercenary force trying to conquer Northern Italy.
