What if the prussians had won the battle of Konnigratz during the Austro-Prussian War (1866)?
Would they be able to rout and defeat most of the austrian army?
How does this affect the creation of the German Union? Would a prussian-created GU equivalent be more centralized than its OTL equivalent or less? Will they annex the german-speaking austrian provinces? If so, then what happens to the rest of the Austrian Empire?
Would France intervene in the mess if the prussians won, in order to tip the balance to the austrian side?
What are the effects on Italy? Do they finally get Venetia in this scenario?

OOC: my first DBWI. This alternate timeline includes an austrian-domnated "kleindeutschland" that functions like the EU or NATO. Prussia has been pacified and turned over to the austrian camp alongside Russia, forming the Second Holy Alliance, facing off against an anglo-franco-italian alliance. Prussia was partitioned, with Silesia going to Austria, the province of Saxony going to the kingdom of Saxony, and the province of Hesse going to the kingdom of Hesse.
