As you all know, President George H. W. Bush was only narrowly reelected over former Senator Paul Tsongas and Texan billionaire Ross Perot in 1992. His margin of victory over Tsongas in the popular vote was only 0.2%, and he won Colorado by only a margin of 9,000 votes. What if Tsongas managed to defeat Bush in 1992? What would a Tsongas administration look like? Also, Tsongas dies in 1997 in OTL. Would he really run for reelection in 1996? If he died earlier than in OTL, Dick Gephardt would have become President, how would he rule?
OOC: Just one rule, anything before November 1991 could not be changed. In TTL, Clinton resigns as Governor of Arkansas in November 1991 due to Whitewater.
