As we all know, the Second Weltkrieg initially went well for the Germans until the signing of the Russian-Communard Pact where the Russian Empire (under a SR-Kadet coalition government) and the Commune of France decided to form a temporary alliance against the German Empire which led to the defeat of Germany and it's partition between a rump German Empire in the East (and Mittleafrika, until decolonization) and a German Union in the West after the Second Treaty of Brest-Litovsk, but what if the Russians (along with the Republic of China and the Japanese) hadn't formed a pact with the Commune of France? What would the post-war world look like if the Germans had won? What would the alternate version of the Silent War look like?
