DBWI: No Russian-Communard Pact

As we all know, the Second Weltkrieg initially went well for the Germans until the signing of the Russian-Communard Pact where the Russian Empire (under a SR-Kadet coalition government) and the Commune of France decided to form a temporary alliance against the German Empire which led to the defeat of Germany and it's partition between a rump German Empire in the East (and Mittleafrika, until decolonization) and a German Union in the West after the Second Treaty of Brest-Litovsk, but what if the Russians (along with the Republic of China and the Japanese) hadn't formed a pact with the Commune of France? What would the post-war world look like if the Germans had won? What would the alternate version of the Silent War look like?

Well, to put it bluntly, Russia would have been demolished. France had of course intense fortifications along the West Bank of the Rhine ever since the Revolution, and had their own various buffer/puppet states in the Low Countries to protect their flank.

Russia had none of that. They were surrounded by numerous member states of the Frankfurt Pact, they had no significant fortifications along their frontier, and the instability of the country would be their downfall.

The War would definitely be a lot more protracted, and the death count in Russia would even be higher than OTL, as a lot of Russians would be killed under Schleicher's horrific ethnic policies.

I doubt Germany could have ever won, due to being hated by most of the governments on the planet! It would be more of a "delaying the inevitable" sort of thing, although you could see a unified German state instead of the divisions that lasted until the Reunification in the 80's.
