DBWI: No German invasion of Ireland in April 1916

As we know on the 20th of April 1916 the Kriegsmarine sent an expeditionary force to Ireland in coordination with a planned national uprising in Ireland against the British. While successful at first their supplies were soon blockaded by the British, dooming the Irish Republic client state and the German expeditionary force to defeat although managing to significantly tie up the British military.

How would no expedition or the expedition being intercepted by the Royal Navy affect the Western Front and Ireland (presumably the Irish wouldn't rise up without German support)?

It was a hilariously bad idea that led to the annihilation of nearly the entire German surface fleet. When the German Naval High Command tried to send the battered remnants of the Kriegsmarine to fight one last climatic battle against the Royal Navy, it caused a massive mutiny that spread to the army, leading to a bloody civil war and the downfall of the Kaiserreich. With the German Navy out of service and the country in chaos, France was able to push through into the Rhineland and Britain made landings on the German coast, and they kept marching until they reached Berlin and received an unconditional surrender. Without the civil war and destruction of the navy, Germany probably would have been able to reach negotiated peace.

The hundred days offensive by the Franco British armies brought them to the banks of the Rhine actually

Maybe Ireland exists as a separate country rather than within the UK. I mean Ireland grumbles about their position (just like Scotland) but its not likely to go anywhere as is (i mean, maybe they could have left if the UK left europe, but they didn't but that's neither here or there).

If their wasn't any invasion, the republican movement wouldn't have been stamped out so quickly because lets be honest, the UK government had no excuse to do it. Killing a lot of the major names at the time really killed off the movement for a long time.
