DBWI: No Federal State of Palestine

The Federal Council governing Palestine has performed admirably during the few decades of the nation's existence, considering the deep political and religious gaps it has to bridge, and the political system seems to work, by and by. Nevertheless, the continuing violence incited by the extremists just seems to go on and on. Following the usual exchange of Zionist firebombs and Islamist autobomb attacks around the end of the year (thus far 55 killed and 150 wounted), I was moved to question WI the Federal State of Palestine was never established?

Could the endemic sectarian violence be avoided if the area was divided into two or more ethno-religious states? Or if Palestine was still governed by foreign powers? The situation in the region has, indeed, seemed to go downhill even since the League mandate was withdrawn...

Don't we just see war between this Palastine and new Isreal?

There is no such state as an independent "New Israel" in Palestine. Nor could be, according to the International Charter of Palestine. It does not matter how much the Jewish extremists go about proclaiming that one has been established.

The Federal State of Arabs, Jews and Christians enjoyes the support of the principal Powers. For now, at least. You must have noticed the Federal Council has been under a lot of critisism recently, for land distribution and mining issues in the Negev Territory as well as not being able to get rid of the extremist threat against foreign embassies and nationals.

The Federal state has been under siege since WWII, and I'm shocked its lasted this long. Both the Muslims and the Jews claim that the fault of every problem of theirs is the other side, hence the persistent bombings.

It is terribly disturbing that the one place that the Jewish people feel most at home at is the center of such tensions. The Jewish communities in British Guiana, British Uganda, Birobidzhan A.S.S.R., Kimberley (Australia), State of Sitka (US), Free City of Shanghai, and even Vietnam, have been proof that the Jewish Diaspora can contribute greatly to the general welfare and economic growth of a nation-state. The violence being caused by Meir Kahane since 1974 us both a tragedy and a disgrace to the "Chosen People"....

OOC: The idea is based on the following, with the side effect being a more dispersed and certainly less united Jewish Diaspora:
