as of today all of the greater german Riech is no longer a single country November 15th is now french constitution day, as well as poland France and all the rest of europe is now independent, General secretary Putin and President Mccain have both met on the issue of reforming europe anyone have any stories?
OOC: obviously europe was conquered by the nazis other than the soviet union the US, The USSR had a cold war with The Riech and they just fell
Let me be the first to greet our Soviet liberators.
Come on, "comrade," you don't really believe that Europe is "now independent," do you? Germany is still the number two economic power in Europe (third in the world), for all this recent depression is worth. The Union of $oviet $okkkialist R€public$ will just gobble up the "eastern bloc" (Poland, Hungary, Romania, Greece, et cetera) and bring them into their sphere of influence (if not annex them outright like they did Latvia). The United $nakkkes will take over the newly "freed" nations of France and Spain. You said it yourself; McCain and Putin are meeting up to divide Europe between them.
European independence can only be gained if we forsake these tired, old ideas of "the state." Certainly it may be hard in a post-Nazi world, but I believe that the revolutionary struggle that brought down the Nazis can turn us away from authoritarianism alltogether.
tl;dr: Burn it all down.
OOC: The USSR can't have a Cold War with the Reich. I don't know why; it just doesn't make sense. And this scenario ignores butterflies.
Neither the USSR nor the Reich have the actual strategic capability to invade the other. Hitler thought he did, but there's no guarantee that TTL's Hitler (or his equivalent) thought the same way. The USSR did not, does not, has not, never could invade Europe without Hitler.
