DBWI: Napoleon lost the Great European Revolution?

As we all know, Napoleon the Great unified most of Europe under the Continental System in the Great European Revolution from 1803 to 1821. But what would've happened if he had lost? Would revolutionary liberalism still become widespread across Europe and the wider world eventually, or would counter-revolutionarism rule far and wide? Would Napoleon still manage to live until 1837, or would he be executed by the coalition earlier than that?

Calling it the Great European Revolution is a joke and an insult to the actual revolutionaries the Bonaparte Dynasty persecutes to this day. Losing would have been the best thing to happen for Republicanism; the abominable Bonapartes would have been discredited, and the masses would have realized once again that the future lies in Republicanism. At least the old regimes were honest about what they were; now the Bonaparte and Romanov monarchies present a farcical facade of being citizen-Emperors. No, the French Revolution died with Robespierre.

Ah, the old "true Republican" propaganda, the Républic was already condemned thanks to the Republicans that managed to put the country in chaos.

The idea is really interesting, we get many TL without Napoleon but few of them about a world where Napoleon became successful before to defeated.

IMO the best way to put an end to this Great European Revolution will be about a more egocentric Napoleon, that will listen to less his allies, the one that convinced them to not go in war against their Spanish ally (yeah seriously Napoleon is one or maybe the great military genius of our history but sometime he would make really bad decision) his big sister Charlotte play a huge role in his education, he would not be able to smooth other counties without her, maybe too much war would provoke his end ?

But if he loses, the European continent will be ruled by absolute rulers that almost lose everything thanks to Revolution, I would see centuries of absolute monarchy, Europa would never become the center of liberalism and innovatio (maybe the United States could play this role)

Napoleon would surely be exiled not killed, Napoleon always respected the crowned head so they would surely not kill him an exile would be enough (and they would have his children as hostage to avoid his return).

In this scenario, the British would become the uncontested leader of this world and would became the most powerful country but will face the rise of an Austria-Hungary without rival and the USA so the future would be great but dangerous for them, at least they will not become a third world country thanks to the one and half-century of blockade lead by the French empire
