So first thing's first, have another team take Brady in 2000. Remember, the Browns got him in the seventh round, making him pretty much the biggest steal in sports history. I know the 49ers are probably the most plausible option here. After all, Brady did grow up a Niners fan and they were considering taking him the third round, but picked epic draft bust Gio Carmazzi instead. I remember watching an ESPN special hosted by Katie Nolan in which she outlined a scenario in which he went to the Patriots (lol, the awful Patriots who have never been to the playoffs in this century and may move to Toronto) in the sixth round. In her timeline, Bledsoe got injured as IOTL causing Brady to step in. The Patriots (who in real life were led by Damon Huard and missed the playoffs) somehow make a Cinderella run and upset the Raiders led by Hall of Fame Quarterback Rich Gannon (who IOTL won the Super Bowl, the first of their three-peat with Gannon, Rice and Woodson) by some sort of obscure early 2000's NFL rule called the "Tuck Rule." Then they beat the Rams in the Super Bowl (who were mortal as IOTL they were upset by the Raiders, but the Patriots under Brady doing this, hell no). Also this is Katie Nolan who is an uber-biased Pats fan. Although Brady is a six-time world Champion in Cleveland he did not start until 2004. Remember, he was supposed to be Big Ben's backup (not the other way around), until Ben was injured in training camp, and then Tom led the Browns to an improbable playoff run capped with a victory over the Giants and Kurt Warner in the Super Bowl, beginning the Browns Dynasty. Also, I believe Nolan mentioned Bill Belichick was the Pats' head coach in this scenario, which is ASB as he was already hired by the Browns as Associate Head Coach and Defensive Coordinator at this time.
