DBWI: Loyalist revisionism in independent America?

As many Rebel leaders became accepted and some even admired in the Dominion of North America through a movement of Rebel Revisionism, would there eventually be a similar movement for rehabilitation of american loyalists and His Majesty George III if the colonies succeded in their "revolution"? Or would they forever be shunned and disgraced like the revolutionists were but a century ago?

Well, I can’t imagine this independent America, so similar to Britain and constantly trading with it, being very nationalist, so yes, rethinking the American Revolt (or whatever it would be called ITTL) would be commonplace.

That seems likely. If the American revolt had succeeded, the loyalist side would have been partially redeemed, and seen as "Respectable Enemies" or "Worthy Foes". Much like how the Dominion Canadians defeated Tecumseh's Confederacy, but his name became respectable, to the extent that Canada had a prime minister with his middle name, like the Right Honourable George Tecumseh Sherman.
