I think the Soviet Union wouldn't be around as it is now, and maybe not as strong. After all, the ones who replaced him laid down the framework for the Soviet economy, which rides strong even today. Perhaps that trouble in the 1920s would have gone smoother tho'.
Yeah, perhaps with his help that German revolution would have come about and the name "Union of Soviet Republics of Eurasia" would have become that much more accurate.Agreed however his influence might have led to the bolsheviks taking power and maybe even the rest of Europe becoming radicalized.
