DBWI: Kart-Hadast / Carthage Founded by Other Canaanite People (Instead of Israelites)

We all knew about Carthage, and how they were monotheistic (or at least Henotheistic) people when basically everyone around them being polytheistic, with their unpronounceable God and all their dietary restrictions and customs.

It was widely known that they began as Israelite colony, founded by settlers sent under King Solomon. The colony who ultimately outlasted and outshined their protege, especially after having an influx of population coming from the destruction of Northern Israelite Kingdom, and later on the Southern Judean Kingdom.

Now, we did know that the "Carthaginian Cities" in North Africa and Iberia were often started out as colonies of other Canaanite people, subjugated and converted into Carthaginian Judaism. There are archaeological sites that confirm about those cities initially following Canaanite Pantheon at first before they converted as the Carthage influence increased in the region.

Now, what if... The Monotheistic Kingdom of Israel is not the founder of Carthage, but some other city, maybe Tyre? How history will develop without Carthaginian monotheists fighting against Hellenes and Roma in the West?

Honestly, basically OTL. Maybe enough Israelis remain in Canania for it to remain monotheistic, but not much changes. The Israelis would be persecuted which would suck, but they couldn't mount theological challenges to Rome. Especially since Julian the Seer would still reform the Imperial Cult into modern Deitriumvuratism, which he spread across the empire and the barbarians converted, in part because being the Avatar of, as needed- the god of Law, or Wealth, or Naval Commerce (which conveniently the kings can cycle through as needed) is simply really useful for rulership.

Maybe you can wank the Israelis enough that the Arabs convert to that before launching their conquests, but idk

Well, so... Instead of turning into bastion of Judaism until modern day, Iberia, Numidia, and Carthaginica would either stay with their native Gods or following Canaanite Polytheism?

The Arabs are basically following Attharistic Henotheism, almost Carthaginistic belief system, but explicitly acknowledged other Canaanite Gods, including "The Unpronounceable" Israelite God whom they refers to as Yahweh.

But without Carthaginian-Israelite Heno/Monotheism dominating trade, I doubt the Arabs would develop the Attharism in 3rd Century BC.
