1915 was considered by many to be the miracle year for the Italian army.
The battle of Isono, was a massive success due to the previous corruption of former commanders and the incompetence of local Austrian commanders in the area. After Isono Austrian Hungarian forces broke and with in three months Italian forces were on the southern border of germany, where they were stopped cold. Attempts to go east from the victory corridor or the miracle cordidor also failed but the attempts of the two countries to dislodge the Italians from these territories also failed.
But what If Italy didn't have the miracle year of 1915 what if they hadn't done so well during the great war. How would that change world history?
