DBWI: If Nagai Never took Power..

In 1932, the Communist Coup have ravaged japan. Led by Nagai, they overthrew the monarchy and established stalinist rule over japan. Although this regime fell in 1958 and constitutional monarchy was restored, the impact could still be felt throughout japan today. If Nagai never took power, how would japan looked like?

Japanese government would be less corrupt without Nagai's reign of terror. the rapid democratization happened, but still, Japanese culture will be more noticed by now.

I wonder what the Republic of China would be like without Nagai's takeover of Japan as the Germans propped up China as a bulwark against the so-called "Worker's and Peasants Democracy of Japan"?

The World War II will be a far different animal all together, we've the sable rattling in asia pacific with japan and china(that ended in nothing but ship being destroyed) but was vital as keep china outside to help germany in their war against the soviet union, of course china did gifted germany of 'volunteer' to anything Wang Jieshi and others can scrap before the embargos killed that plus the 'Yamato Brigade' in the great patriotic war side.

I think that Japan would probably not have as large of a communist party, and it could've even been banned outright. Basically, Japan would be less communist than it is today.
