DBWI: How could the Reich have lost?

Between the American Communist Revolution in 1933, the Fall of the Soviets in 1943, and the Peace of Vienna that left Central and Eastern Europe, as well as France and the Low Countries, in the hands of the Axis, how do you think the Third Reich would have lost if it had lost the Second World War? What would have happened after its defeat? And would another state have filled the vacuum left by it?

OOC: Generic Axis Victory.

Perhaps if the Soviets joined the war before 1943. Maybe because of the German invasion of Poland and the Baltics. Since the Soviet Union had claims on both of these territories, they might well clash against one another.

Still, with the slow collapse of the Union, i am not sure if they'd be able to defeat the Germans. But maybe with help from the French and British it might be possible? However, i think both of them were quite busy fighting off the decolonization rebels in Africa and Asia.

The Americans not have a revolution and so the far-right British government doesn't join the Axis. That's the most obvious one I can see. As for its defeat, I would say that, since they would have obviously invented the V5 ICBM even if they were losing, they would have launched many many rockets at New York City, demolishing it and prompting the Americans to use an atomic bomb on them. But how the Americans get an atomic bomb is up to you, as they most certainly didn't have the right mixture of men that the Anglo-German team had. Einstein proved a great success when coerced by the British government.

If the Nazis hadn't invaded the Middle East and captured the critical oil supplies there after conquering Yugoslavia and Greece and instead broke their alliance with the Soviets and repeated the same mistake Napoleon made, then I think they would've been screwed.

After the American Cultural Revolution of 1947 until 1957 under Silver Shirt leaders William Pelley and Joseph McCarthy, 2/3 of the American military leadership was either exiled or executed. If the American government hadn't suffered such violent political changes since roughly c.1928, maybe the country would have been able to survive politically. But this assumes that the Zionist bankers who caused the Communist Revolution in Russia, and the 1929 Great Crash, would ever relinquish political power.

Maybe the Boers aren't convinced to establish the Afrikaaner Front Rebellion against the British in 1939. That certainly drained away military resources from the British Homeland Defense.
