DBWI Hitler's rise to power is successful.

Some of you may know of Hitler a man who almost rose to power in Germany.
In the 1933 he got close to passing the Enabling Act of 1933, an act which would of given him absolute power.
Fortunately Ludwig Kaas decided at the last moment to convince his part to vote against it resulting in the act failing by a few votes.
What would of happened had the act passed?

Well, there'd probably still be new elections in Germany in 1934 after Hindenburg's death. Enabling Act or not, I just can't imagine the Junkers and conservatives in the German military agreeing to let Hitler have a monopoly on power in Germany. As for who wins the 1934 German presidential election, I suspect that Karl Jarres would narrowly defeat Hitler. Sure, Hitler would have taken Germany out of the Great Depression, but he would have been perceived as an unconventional candidate for an unconventional time. With the worst of the Depression being over, I think that Germany will opt for new leadership in 1934.
