DBWI Henry VI of England deposed

I'm reading about early renaissance England, and I found out that there was a serious challenge to crazy Henry VI after the loss of the last possessions in France, by the Duke of York and his sons. What would have happened if the Yorkists had succeeded in deposing Henry VI and replacing him with Richard, Duke of York?

The problem is what would happen to Edward IV and his sister, Margaret of England, Duchess of Brittany, the wife of John VI of Brittany.

I think you're mixing up your Edwards and Johns! Henry VI's only child was Edward IV.
Edward IV was succeeded by V the son of Harriet Bedford and Edmund of Rouen, Duke of Bedford, brother to the Duke of York. Edward V had a sister Margaret who married John VII of Brittany, so of Francis II.

OOC: fyi John VI was older than Henry VI OTL and died before he did.

The Edmund of Rouen, the elder brother of John of Lorraine right, both grandsons of John, duke of Bedford, John, duke of Bedford married to Lorraine not Burgundy as he was proposed to.
