Generalplan Ost was the German plan for the colonisation of Poland. However originally in 1940 before the invasion of the Soviet Union the original plan for Generalplan Ost involved not only the colonisation of Poland, but a huge amount of the Soviet Union, however during Operation Barbarossa Germany realised mass colonisation was completely unfeasible and instead proclaimed themselves as liberators of the oppressed nations under Bolshevik tyranny, resulting in many collaborators rallying to the German side.

What if the Germans had stuck with the plan to ethnically cleanse the Soviet Union, how would a lack of support among the Baltic, Ukrainian and Belarusian populations change the fate of the Eastern Front?
