DBWI: George Washington doesn't die in office?

As any history class will tell you, George Washington, the First President of the United States, died durring the 2nd year of his third term, and His Vice President John Adams became "Acting President" until the end of Washington's third term in 1801. So, what if Washington hadn't died in office?
 
A later abolition of slavery, as non slave owners took Washington's place. I would think that ITTL slavery would have lasted long after Europe as manpower was scarcer and more expensive.

That's true, but still, the string of Northerner presidents mostly pussy footed around the issue of Slavery until President Milard Filmore and the radical wing of the Federalist Party emancipated the slaves, and started the Civil War.
