DBWI: France, Austria-Hungary and Italy win WW2?

What would've it taken for the Axis, (France, Austria-Hungary, Italy) to beat the Allies (Germany, Russia, the Union of American Socialist Republics) in the Second World War?

OOC: That's the basic jist, CP won WWI. but A-H drifted towards France and went Fascist after Germany treated it like shit, and out of it's own nationalistic pride, Italy's Itself of course, the UASR didn't join in until 1941. and the farthest the Axis got was pushing very deep into Germany (around the Odor River, through Berlin was never fully occupied, but surrounded, most of Germany beyond the Odor was unoccupied, and the Rhine, Bavaria and Saxony were Axis Puppets (the former French, the latter two Austrian)

Russia needs to enter the war on their side as does Britain. OTL Britain was reeling from losing Canada and its North American colonies and was on a downward swing while Russia was reeling from losing against Japan after Harbin*. Both spent the duration of the war pointing at Europe and going "see , at least we aren't THAT bad!".

You need to radically alter the previous 60 years of history. That might just expand the war though because then Japan and America might simply join the allies so they can attack the new axis members on the periphery, but with the right POD it would be a net gain for the axis.

* A modern Cannae and widely regarded as one of the most crushing military victories.
