DBWI: FDR dies of stroke in 1945?

On April 12th 1945, FDR suffered a serious, but still mild stroke. He resigned on January 20th 1947, after seeing much of The Second Bill of Rights legislation passed including national healthcare, anti-monopoly legislation, housing legislation, education, and employment. FDR was succeeded by his Vice President Harry Truman, who is known as a mere placeholder, and was defeated in 1948 by California Governor Earl Warren. FDR died two years later on March 24, 1950 at the age of 68.

What if Roosevelt had died five years earlier in 1945? How would Truman handle being President, would he get less done than FDR? Could he win re-election in 48?

Douglas MacArthur would of never became Vice President and President. Cause Earl Warren would of never been assassinated in April 1952.

BTW the way I have visted the Douglas MacArthur Presidental library.

There's the first ever Marine One helicopter installed there.

Was wondering what would happened in Korea if MacArthur was still in the military instead of Vice President. Nevertheless, we did defeat the Communists in Korea and win that war over there.
