DBWI: Fail June Rebellion

Although the Rebellion had little support at first, it gain much support, and the Monarchy was overthrow. What if the rebellion fail?

The consequences would be immense. If the Revolution were successfully suppressed, we might have seen the French conservative monarchy remain until the present day. Certainly the Spring of Nations would be butterflied, and with it perhaps the Republic of Hungary, the Russian Civil War, the Polish Second Republic, and the United States of Germany. The latter may have remained fragmented, or even have fallen under Austrian domination.
 
The Orléans monarchy wasn't that conservative though, based on the (almost) 2 years it has reigned. It'd probably have turned into something more akin to pre-Revolution Britain - a constitutional monarchy with strongly restricted royal power. But it is true, the June Rebellion did bring a strong progressive, or at least liberal, change in all of Europe and cast aside the conservative old order, of which we'd see more.
