DBWI : Byzantine defeat at Myriokephalon

What if Manuel I was defeated at Myriokephalon and was unable to capture Iconion? What would have been the consequences for Anatolia?

Assuming he dies during the battle, would the alliance with Latin States, Hungary, etc. have lasted during his successor's reign?

Probably not, which leads to longer lasting Seljuk control of Anatolia, and shorter lived Crusader states, like 200 years shorter. It certainly hurts Byzantine prospects in the long term.
