[DBWI] An administration we don't discuss enough here

While not as good as his father, I rank it as average. While it was a bitter pill for many to swallow and was key to his defeat in 1976, Ikky made the right call pardoning President Agnew. He got the economy back on track from the '73-'75 recession to, even though the recovery was weak, and despite the weak recovery and the pardon, he damn near beat Scoop Jackson in 1976. He also picked one of the best VPs in Gerald Ford. If I ranked the Presidents of the last 50 years, it would be as follows:

1. Reubin Askew: 1983-1993
2.
Howard Dean: 2005-2013
3.
John F. Kennedy: 1969-1973*
4.
Scoop Jackson: 1977-1983**
6.
Doud Eisenhower: 1974-1977
7.
John Kasich: 2013-Present
8.
Pete Wilson: 1993-2001
9.
Newt Gingrich: 2001-2005
10.
Spiro Agnew: 1973-1974***

*= Decline to run in 1972 due to complications from Addison's Disease
**= Died of a Heart Attack on March 20, 1983
***= Resigned from office to avoid Impeachment for obstructing justice during an investigation revolving around bribes the President took during his time as Governor of Maryland and during the 1972 Presidential campaign, as well as Tax evasion.
