Pretty much as it says. Get things so that a quarter of the world is ruled from London or something like that.
Is England still a vassal state of Poland-Lithuania in this challenge?
Sure? No Idea why the empire would be called the Angevin Empire. Not to mention the fact any sort of England that would rule over france would become french. The demographics in England have always been terrible. Maybe if William the "Conqueror" didn't kill Harold Godswin in his failed invasion an English State could have remained unified, but with his death and in instability of the various English invasions just means that England would be a land of petty kingdoms and areas ruled.Form and hold the Angevin Empire, unite England and Scotland under England, use that to conquer Ireland, then move on to take all of France. Interfere in Germany to prevent the rise of Germany, colonize North America and block the French out of colonizing there, invade Algeria and take land there, and then use your footholds to dominate the Scramble for North America and to have a good shot at the Scramble for Africa. Then, have a VOC-equivalent conquer Indonesia, South Asia, and India, and somehow unite that (probably through vassalization and tributary systems). Also, you need to screw Russia, maybe have a Herzenite revolution pop up where they are? If you do get a Herzenite revolution, take advantage of that and start carving parts of Southern Russia out while cutting the rest down to size.
You should be able to own almost a third of the world this way, and if you can hold it together England proceeds to become the country that most likely unites the world.
That was one bad bid for the English Throne at a time when their were like 10 claimants. Personally I think The Poles keep up that act at this point cause they are annoyed at all the English plumbersIs England still a vassal state of Poland-Lithuania in this challenge?
