2002 will be forever known as the "Year in Hell", when in two separate incidents, nuclear weapons were used in anger for the first time since World War II. Things went bad first with the destruction of Mumbai and Islamabad on June 7, 2002 when President Rajnath Singh (BJP) and General Pervez Musharaff launched nuclear weapons at each other, after troops fired on each other in the Kashmir region. To make matters worse, you had the right-wing ultra-nationalist President Aleksandr Barkashov and President Wang Jiangsheng launch nuclear weapons on each other two weeks later on June 18, 2002 as fighting erupted on Tabarov/ Zhenbao Island border region destroying St. Petersburg and Shanghai. As such, the vast humanitarian and peacekeeping efforts that have been launched have been the largest since the Truman administration. Where were you when the two incidents took place? With either John F. Kennedy Jr. (D-NY) or Ron Paul (R-TX) as the next president, how do you think relief effort should be handled?
