President Richard Nixon is commonly seen as one of our good presidents, who presided from 1960 to 1968. His policies on civil rights, opening trade relations with China after the Sino-Soviet Split, and his founding of the EPA are seen as quite good legacies. Though his presiding over the Vietnam Conflict and his War on Crime was seen as flawed by later administrations.

President John Kennedy on the other hand is often seen as a tragically flawed man in a similar vein to Orwell's Citizen Kane, being forced to resign in 1974 over corruption allegations and mafia ties in the face potential impeachment and dying the year afterwards. His Camelot Initiative is the only other thing he's known for, since it gave birth to Medicaid and Medicare, twin policies later built upon by later initiatives.

Your job is to swap these two guys' legacies.
