Easy: Have his TRUE medical health condition come out into the open prior to the 1968 election and/or have him unleash an explative-laced rant in public against anti-war protesters during a campaign appearance as we've heard him do on those recently released Oval Office tape recordings. IMO, LBJ's 2nd term is way overrated. Had he not dropped dead of a heart attack in 1/72 he wouldn't be in the pantheon of saintly Presidents.
