Today marks the 10th anniversary of the ratification of the United Kingdom's first ever codified constitution?
So what do people think? How well do you rate the Blairite Constitution's effectiveness?
Personally, I applaud it, and I see it as one of Tony Blair's greatest achievements. Without the introduction of Article III (Limited Federalism), and Article V (Voting Reform of the Lords), its debatable as to whether the union would have survived at all!
