Dancing away the crown

In 1715 Ulrika Eleonora of Sweden married Landgravine Frederick I of Hesse-Kassel.
During the wedding, her brother King Charles XII declared: "Tonight my sister is dancing away the crown."

Please define "dancing away the crown".
 
Foresight on Charles XII's part that his sister, who was his heir as he was childless, would not hold on to the crown very long.
Ulrika Eleonora did not hold on to the crown for numerous years.
She reigned as Queen Regnant from December 5, 1718 until February 29, 1720 when she abdicated in favor of Frederick, her spouse.
