Yes. I'm currently writing the updates for the 1996 elections. I've already looked at the source and others on the internet. I'll simply have him focus on domestic social issues and have his foreign policy views be that of the average Democrat during this era.

He was no dove for sure. If he were ever elected president, if anything, he may wanna project a tough guy image. He was a somewhat hawkish guy, not a standard dove.
Also, there's his views on apartheid. As Governor, he attempted to bar all New York businesses from trading with South Africa because it was under apartheid, but the state legislature refused. So, that neatly shows his foreign policy: moral-based, active, and uses sanctions quite a bit.
By the way, where can I find a tally of the total number of delegates from each primary/causus in 1996
