Cultural What-If: Germany Wins in WW2

Let's posit the scenario:

Weimar Germany stabilized and had a milder Versailles, kept Posen/West Preußen, lost North Schleswig and Alsace-Lorraine. France radicalized and started WW2 with its own Axis, which included Japan, possibly Poland. During this war, Germany fought with the UK and USA, with some difficulty due to military restrictions from the Versailles Treaty. Coming out of the war, this is a Germany that again defeated France, this time with the UK and the USA behind it. What does this Germany look like culturally, politically, and then geo-politically during the 20th century? What happens to this France?
