CS Victory Butterflies on British Empire?

Inspired by a short thread about the impact of a CS Victory on Canada...

In a CS victory TL, what sort of butterflies would we see impacting the British Empire?

I think the idea of an Anglo-American War over Canada is a bit overdone, but if the Democrats are in power in the United States (assuming a peace of exhaustion and a Democratic electoral victory in 1864), might the Fenian Raids be worse as the Democrats have to cater to the urban Irish immigrant vote?

Might the 1867 Reform Act be butterflied away, as the progressive forces in Britain remain focused on the abolition of slavery instead of turning their attention to political reform?

With a 1864 war exhaustion scenario I think the impact on US/UK relations would be slight to moderate as the UK would have little to do with the victory. The US would be more militarily powerful however as it would want a large army and navy to keep an eye on the CSA which would have an impact. Then the question is does a revanchist US or a collapsing CSA happen? Either is quite likely as the CSA will be knee deep in debt and the South will be in much worse economic shape than OTL.

Totally not what I asked about in the OP, but whatever.

You have a point as I didn't tie it well together. American policy will effect British policy and vice-versa. If the US has a stronger military Great Britian has to take that into consideration. The stronger it is the more it has to worry about Canada and the British West Indies. This is true even if the US wouldn't be hostile because for all it knew it could change. If the US retakes the CSA after another war that has an effect on British policy as reconstruction would be harder in TTL. This would have a tendency to weaken the US which also has an effect.
