Scroll down to the N-285 and N-285B. I particularly found the launch weight with 10 knots WOD with an H8 hydraulic catapult very useful. You can figure out what the wing loading was, and it explained why the USN rejected the F-11 super tiger as "to heavy".. she could not launch from an H8, so they were looking at her as the CVS air guard fighter.

But if she had a 300 square foot wing it would lower the wing loading enough that it would be possible.. she would generate enough lift.
