Crusade of Varna sucesful effect

There will be some bickering over which of the Crusade participants gets what, but it's possible to guess an outline.

The Byzantine Empire regains central Greece and most of Thrace. If they're really lucky they might get Thessaloniki.
The crusading army resurrects Bulgaria as a kingdom under John Hunyadi.
Serbia restores its pre-war territories and expands slightly to the south and east.
Venice regains some ports in the Aegean and Greece. Most importantly, the Venetians might get the city of Thessaloniki, and maybe even Gallipoli.
The city-state of Ragusa starts off a tiny merchant Empire by acquiring one or two ports in Albania.

Alphonso V of Aragon and Sicily acquires several vassals across the Balkans and may become a major power in the region in the next few decades.

The Ottomans survive in Anatolia, but many of their neighbors, such as the Karamanids, will have taken advantage of the Ottoman debacle to attack and seize border regions.

Then you probably btfo the ottomans but probably temporarily. Like Halagaz said there would probably be a reestablished Bulgaria under a foreign king. Serbia would receive a lot of expansion, not fully restoring imperial borders but modern fyrom and parts of albania would certainly be gained. Byzantium would get the scraps, it's doubtful the catholics would allow a orthodox power to get strong so easily. But the turks have the advantage of manpower and the balkan states are depopulated and ruined at this point so Turks would possibly try to cross back into Europe again.

The latest point to stop the Turks is 1371 by making the Serb empire army commanders not idiots and notice they are being followed and most importantly guard the places they are camping at. That still wouldn't stop the ottomans due to magic population numbers so you'd have to break the whole thing apart and let the beyliks eat eachother never letting one get too strong

what about Muslims/Ottoman in Balkans ? they already in Europe for more than 50 years, a single defeat wouldn't mean Islamic held city could be captured easily by Crusaders. surely Thessaloniki and Adrianople could still be held.
