CP victory without territorial gains for Germany and AH?

Is there any chance for scenario, where CP won ww1, but Germany and AH didn't get an inch of land in peace treaty? At least in Europe.
Any ideas other than get rid of Ludendorff and Hindenburg (which seems to be condition sine qua non)?

There is a chance for a theoretical CP victory where Germany's prize is mainly colonies (but I have a hard time to see Luxemburg not annexed). Actually that's the most likely outcome of a CP victory since lands gained in the East would have been used to set up buffer states against Russia.

When it comes to Austria it's harder. Austria wouldn't gain much anyway, but I can't see them getting land outside Europe. Parts of Serbia (usually the Sandjak of Novi Pazar) and the annexation of Montenegro is what I usually give them in my CP victory scenarios.

one possibly is a Pyrrhic victory between parties in 1918/17

were German Empire give up all occupy European territory in West.
and in east create buffer states (Poland, Ukraine, Baltic states and others)
in exchange the German get Enemy Colonies in Africa.
like Belgian and French congo, becomes part of German Africa
