Could the Korean War have been won via conventional means post Chinese intervention?
I know most people will be thinking of a bombing campaign in Manchuria when they read that, and I'm all for it. But what I'm really thinking of is an other amphibious invasion further up the coast. It would require a larger call up of the National Guard/Reserves to get the manpower needed, but would it not have possible to land again at Wonsan again and cut off the Chinese troops farther south, or at least cause them to pull back in order to avoid the possibility?
