Could native american discover europa ?

What native American missed the most was earlier domestication of plants and animals
The founder population of new world was 1000 to 5000 people that migrate from Asia to Alaska by 12000 BC.
When first humans immigrated to Americas they didn’t have latest tech for hunter gather humans by example bow and canoe and pottery.
What if the founder population doubled or tripled and they got bow and canoes and pottery
How can this happen?
Early jomen culture in japan did have that tech. if jomen sub-faction immigrated to Americas via kuril- Kamchatka-aleutian islands en then to Americas pacific coast.
When founder population could quadruple. You got 4 instead of 2 cradle civilizations in Americas. One in Mississippi river , Mesoamerica , Andean mountains, amazon river basin.
Mesoamerican expand a lot of effort to turn teosintes in corn .
If Mississippi river an amazon river culture began domesticate wild rice in same time that Mesoamerican where began domesticate corn. I think wild rice is far easier to domesticate than corn and is comparable to wheat. If Mississippi culture expand comparable effort to goosefoot domestication as Mesoamerican effort to domesticate corn then they will have excellent wheat substitution. All American cultures will began plants domestication at the same time 8.000 BC. For animal domestication front if Ancient bison didn’t became extinct. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hudson-Meng_Bison_Kill . If they survive Hudson kill. Let assume that ancient bison is comparable to aurochs domestication potential. Amazon river culture domesticate capybara for meat.
Mississippi culture won’t have obsidian rock because Mississippi river basin don’t have Volcano’s. Mesoamerican and Andean cultures did use obsidian because they lived in volcanic territory. Earlier old copper complex will lead to far earlier metallurgy.
Pottery kiln + old copper complex- obsidian= metallurgy. I think the north south axis have more Advantage than disadvantage. When they have ship will have coastal super highways.
They will have a lot of navigable river, amazon, rio de la plate, Mississippi .

You mean Europe, right? Europa is a moon of Jupiter. They've done a few experiments to see if it is possible to cross large bodies of water with small ships, and it is indeed possible, but the people doing those experiments had the knowledge that they were actually heading somewhere. It would be difficult to keep morale up on a voyage thousands of miles away from land without knowing that you are actually going anywhere.

Eh...not impossible, given the right POD, but crossing the Atlantic was not a possibility for the vast majority of the time of human existence*. It wasn't until 1000 AD, with the Vikings island hopping, that this was accomplished at all. Crossing oceans is not an easy thing to do, and people who don't live on small islands or restricted land really don't have a lot of incentive to develop the technology and culture necessary to do so. So even a higher Native population doesn't necessarily mean that they will conduct explorations, unless they're hitting some kind of Malthusian limit.

*no, the 'Solutreans' did not cross the Atlantic.

Your OP is inconsistent with your title.

The question would be why would Native Americans want to discover Europe. Europe was just not that worth to trade nor to discover at even if the pre-Columbian Americans had the means to do so.

Having Pre-Columbian Native North Americans become as sophisticated as peers doesnt add up. In order to fuse them up, you need to create a megolomaniac for unification/organization. Otherwise, they will end up like OTL. Also, Culture and abundance of resources will not force North American's to conquer each other like Europe.

Native North Americans already had some cities as large as some cities in Medieval Europe. So, further increasing their population will not help unless organization and level of sophistication is also increased.
