Could Napoleon II have lived longer?

I was reading about Napoleon II and I found that while he was pursuing his military career, he ended up exercising so much that he weakened body caught Tuberculosis and he died. Would graduating earlier have allowed him to live longer? If not, how else would he have lived longer?

First of all, how much longer would he live than 21 years old?
Is this not up to you?
He was not known to be sickly, and was clearly thought to be able to survive in cold climate as Metternich refused to allow him to move. Let's say he has double his life-span of IOTL. So, he dies in his forties.
