Could Japanese Spider Crabs be Domesticated?

If by domesticated you mean livestock (for bulk crab meat) that would be easiest because you don't have to teach them anything, other then to not harm humans along with finding a way to contain them.

It's likely this won't be an issue because we seem to be able to catch them with nets today like in normal (crab) fishing.
Exactly. Why domesticate something you can so easily catch? How much did the ancient Japanese even know about how to breed crabs, especially crabs which won't breed unless kept at the cool temperatures found on the seafloor. Any knowledge on how to breed crabs would be better served breeding other sorts of shellfish.

All you can do is manage the population. Kill females with eggs which are inferior in size and health, and preserve the best ones. Take the weak males and throw back the strong ones. Which is rather counterproductive since fishermen have always liked to take the best of whatever species they're catching.
