Taking inspiration from Assassin's Creed: Unity, we all know that Louis XVI was a weak-willed king of sorts, who was (and could probably be considered) woefully inadequate as absolute ruler of France.

But what if instead of OTL Louis XVI, instead we had Louis, Dauphin of France (Louis' father, who died in 1765, long before that of his grandfather, Louis XV), or one of the Dauphin's sons who died in childhood (Louis Joseph, Duc de Bourgogne or Xavier, Duc d'Aquitaine) who was put on the throne. Would they be better equipped to lead France, either preventing the French Revolution, or if it happens anyway, help France transition to a Constitutional Monarchy?
