Unfortuantely, nothing of great note happened at this time, so I am not sure what there is to write about. The only real major event was the turnover of Spanish Florida to the United States. The Adams-Onis Treaty, which largely dealt with the issue just mentioned, also established an "effective" boundary between the Spanish colonies and the United States. However, given Aaron Burr's "interests" in Texas, he might push for further gains, or might even outright sieze Spanish territories to the West and in the Carribean. Then again, the United States is only four to five years removed from a major war with the United Kingdom, and they may not be ready to even fight a waning European power such as Spain.
