Consulate of Sergius and Tullius?

In the consulate of Julius and Marcius, 3 candidates ran for Consul of the next year:
Gaius Antonius Hybrida
Lucius Sergius Catilina
Marcus Tullius Cicero

OTL, the winners of the election were Antonius and Tullius.

So a PoD: the winners are Sergius and Tullius...
Under the Roman convention, what is the order of the surnames in the consulate? Sergius and Tullius, or Tullius and Sergius?
Now, Cicero got Catiline for colleague. The Conspiracy as OTL is off, but what would be the interesting political events under a team like that?

The order is that the senior consul, the one who polled the highest number of votes, comes first.
I have no idea how this can be pulled off. If anything it will be Antonius/Sergius or Sergius/Antonius, Cicero only made it because he had the entire conservative faction of the Senate supporting him in a desperate effort to prevent the election of Catilina. Catilina's supposed plans for land redistribution and debt cancellation would have ruined the super-wealthy, and they would rather have a Novus Homo like Cicero become consul, as something of a puppet of theirs, than Catilina, of course.

Turns out it could have been pulled off quite easily. Sergius ended up just a few votes behind Antonius, though far behind Tullius.

So the desperate effort fails. Cicero becomes consul prior with flying colours, but Catiline, far behind Cicero, scrapes together the votes to become Cicero´s colleague, slightly ahead of Hybrida.
How is Cicero going to get along with his colleague Catiline?

But you can not have Antonius as third, he is the one who will surely been elected as senior consul and trying to change that thing is pratically ASB considering how Roman's elections worked.
Cicero and Catilina can not being both consul together in that year
