Constintine is killed by Picts

What would happen to christianity if Constintine is killed by either the Persians or the Picts? How long does it delay christianity's rise to power?

Possibly indefinitely, though I'm of the opinion that Christianity would have become important in some form anyway, sooner or later. The religion's message of salvation and equality was very appealing to the average late antique peasant/slave/serf/whoever.
