Consequences of a surviving Stolypin on the Russian Civil War

If Stolypin hadn't been mortally wounded in 1911, could he have provide the Whites a stronger, more credible and legitimate leadership?

If he had survived he would have provided the Whites a much better leader but a surviving Stolypin would probably butterfly away the Russian Civil War as we know it. Some sort of turmoil is probably inevitable but the circumstances which led to our Russian Civil War and the formation of the Whites probably wouldn't exist.
