Conradin born female - consequences

So, what consequences would a 'Conradina' have?
Would the Pope still offer Sicily to any royal prince going?
What effects on the HRE would there be?

Well, a female Conradin won't be charging into Sicily to get captured and killed as a teenager. She'd be a very attractive marriage target though- Duchess of Swabia (assuming that allowed female inheritance?), Queen of Jerusalem (nominally), Queen of Sicily (nominally), something of a claim to the HRE.

In the normal course of events the Emperor/King of Germany would probably try to do something to get her lands/clamp down on the Hohenstaufen claim, but during her lifetime that title is held by the lame duck Richard of Cornwall.

How would a female Conradin effect Manfred's situation in Sicily?

If Charles of Anjou still conquers Sicily from Manfred, there could be a chance of him trying to marry Conradina to his eldest son, OTL Charles II of Naples.

Except his brother-in-law Richard of Cornwall (2nd wife) was offered Sicily first so perhaps his son Edmund is offered her and thus Richard sees a way to win the kingdom? A whole different Angevin Sicily ;)

Any more ideas?
If Richard is King or at least regent for his son (perhaps a council including Manfred?) then how is the HRE interregnum affected?
