Conquistadores of the East : Cossack/Stroganoff Alaska

What if Jermak´s expeditions and exploration to the Pacific Coast of Sibiria after military conquest of Sibir are taken further much earlier and lead to a cossack expedition/discovery of Alaska. Let´s say the Cossack´s exploring the wild country of Alsaka more than one century before Steller´s expedition. Imagine, Cossack´s making treaties with Aleuteans,Inuit and Native Americans and also establish a rich pelt trade. The cossack´s self cofidence allows them to declare Hetmanates on Alaska´s soil and ignore tsarist overlords . Maybe a 13 colonies esque parallel for cossacks ? Independant Repbublic-esque cossack nation -The United Hetmanates ?

Well, the problem was the Tartar Chanates (Astrakhan, Kazan etc.) which blocked the way to any Cossack "Conquistadores" moving east.

When Ivan the Terrible dealt with this problem - the way east was open for the Cossacks.
The Cossacks themselves could not defeat the Golden Horde successors, that needed coordinated effort of the Russian state.
