Confederates win the Civil War in 1863. Effects in Latin America

Mexico is embroiled in a war against France and their conservative allies and is practically on a civil war since the late 1850s. They're also exhausted and ruined
So the result is a "small dark ages" in North America. Maybe more immigrants to Canada and South America since the US, CSA and Mexico are exhausted.

USA military will be both exhausted, and *economically ruined*
Nope. The US would be militarily defeated near the border, but its industry was already flying right from 1860-1861 and safe behind the Ohio River. The Gilded Age was unstoppable by then.

Maybe the Baron of Cotejipe's proposal for a compensated emancipation gains more support, this could have saved the brazilian monarchy by retaining the oligarchy's support

Agreed, compensating slaveowners could have prevented the Fall of the Monarchy, although if the Paraguayan War still happens the same as OTL, the Army could still topple the regime

that's still a hit to the funding of the Paulista Republican Party, they only had 2 federal deputies(both would become presidents later), the army was not united against the monarchy but rather divided betwen positivist new cadres and the stablish "old guard"/"tarimbeiros", i do wonder how Rio Grande do Sul would develop without the republic though given the struggles betwen Castilhistas(paternalists and republicans) and Gasparistas(liberals and pro-federalization, not necessarily anti-monarchy but not exactly pro-monarchy).
There's the Riograndense Republican Party but they too had divisions(Liberal-Republicans and Castilhistas) and weren't as powerful as the PRP

Deodoro(the representant of the old guard in the alliance) only joined the coup out of personal feelings(the emperor had punished him for making political statements in newspapers, which was illegal for someone in the army) and still only embraced republicanism becuse he was told the emperor(who hadn't heard of the affair) had appointed Gaspar Silveira Martins as the new PM(originally the coup was to oust PM Ouro Preto), who Deodoro hated for stealing his year some 4 or so decades prior.
