Assuming Nappy manages to defeat all the coalitions and invade and occupy Britain, forcing it into a humiliating treaty, what does this mean for the rest of the world influenced by the British? The Brits were still in the process of subjugating India, so this probably butterflies away the British Raj and keeps many Indian principalities independent and belligerent towards one another, possibly also butterflying Indian nationalism. And let's say this happens during the war of 1812 - does the US take over and annexes Canada, and Britain has to comply with American demands as they have just been defeated? Let's look even further, to China. Without the Opium Wars, there would be a stronger Qing dynasty (even though it was already waning) and due to there being less communication with the West probably butterflying the Taiping revolt away. It would also decrease even further the chances of reform in the Chinese empire, but that might be good for China in the short term because the reform movements in China would not be as strong and thus there wouldn't even be an attempt at republicanism.
